HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship within the city limits of each emirates of the UAE via our partners Aramex or Fetchr. Shipping weight and cost is calculated at checkout, but to give you an idea of how much it will cost to ship an item to your address, please refer to the tables below for more information.

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), and transportation. At no point does mypartycentre.com profit from shipping and handling charges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND DELIVER MY ORDER?
Kindly note that all orders placed until 3pm within the city limits of each emirate of the UAE will be delivered on the next day except orders placed during weekends or holidays. For deliveries outside the city limits of each of the emirate, our dedicated Customer Representative will contact you to confirm the delivery date once confirmed with the courier .
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order with mypartycentre.com, you will receive regular status updates, including all relevant order and tracking information, by email. You may also check the status of your order in your My Account section of our website. Once your order has been shipped, you can also go to www.aramex.com or www.fetchr.us anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments by inserting the tracking number supplied.
mypartycentre.com is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by us. You cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and/or shipped, but you may return it should you wish.
