HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship within the city limits of each emirates of the UAE via our partners Aramex or Fetchr. Shipping weight and cost is calculated at checkout, but to give you an idea of how much it will cost to ship an item to your address, please refer to the tables below for more information.

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), and transportation. At no point does mypartycentre.com profit from shipping and handling charges.

Please note that mypartycentre.com may offer free shipping promotions, and that such promotions are determined based on your order subtotal, excluding gift cards and any other promotions we may offer from time to time. Such promotions may be calculated and applied automatically based on your purchase, and/or require the application of a voucher or promotional code at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders received before 12pm Gulf Standard Time (GST), from Saturday - Thursday will be shipped within 1-2 days. Orders received after those timings will begin processing the following business day and will be shipped within 2-3 days. For deliveries within the UAE, it typically takes 1-2 days to receive your order. Please note that processing & transit times do not include weekends or holidays, and that weekend deliveries are not available.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order with mypartycentre.com, you will receive regular status updates, including all relevant order and tracking information, by email. You may also check the status of your order in your My Account section of our website. Once your order has been shipped, you can also go to www.aramex.com or www.fetchr.us anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments by inserting the tracking number supplied.
mypartycentre.com is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by us. You cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and/or shipped, but you may return it should you wish.
